About the Role

As our Director of User Acquisition & Performance Marketing, you'll own the entire lifecycle of paid advertising campaigns — from strategic planning to execution and continuous optimization across key platforms like Apple, Google, Meta, and AppLovin. Collaborating closely with our Product, Data, Creative, and Finance teams, you'll leverage data-driven insights to enhance targeting, creative strategies, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ownership: Architect, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across major platforms (Apple, Google, Meta, AppLovin).
  • Budget & Goal Management: Balance marketing budgets with ambitious acquisition and retention goals, constantly fine-tuning for efficiency.
  • Experimentation & Growth: Continuously test new channels, creative concepts, and acquisition strategies to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance data to refine targeting, creative direction, and overall acquisition strategy.
  • Reporting & Attribution: Use attribution tools (AppsFlyer) to track campaign performance, gather insights, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new strategies and opportunities for user growth.
  • Quality & Retention: Ensure acquisition efforts drive high-quality users who contribute to strong retention and net-positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on UA Expertise: Proven experience running high-performance campaigns using Google App Campaigns, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and more.
  • Analytical Strength: Data-driven mindset with expertise in attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) to inform campaign decisions.
  • Mobile Growth Track Record: 5+ years in B2C mobile app performance marketing, demonstrating consistent ROAS-positive results.
  • Gaming Passion: Mobile gaming experience preferred. Show us you understand player motivation and how to reach gamers effectively.
